Poly hybrid

Poly Ripple screencloths are well suited to today’s mining and quarrying operations. They are light but durable, combining the high open area of wire, with the wear resistance of polyurethane.

Providing numerous advantages over traditional screen cloths, Poly Ripple stands out for its lightweight nature and ease of installation. This reduces downtime and enhances overall production and efficiency, establishing Poly Ripple as the most cost-effective option for screen cloths.

It is handled similarly to standard woven wire, being supplied with hooks for installation.

POLY SPLIT RIPPLE: Split Poly Ripples are a relatively new screencloth with very unique features.

PIANO WIRE SCREENS: A Piano Wire Screen (Harp Screen) is made up of single strands of straight highly tensioned wire, connected at either end of the screen with a sheet metal hook. Spacer strips sit over the top of the stringers to maintain correct aperture. This produces a long, uninterrupted slot between the stringers.

Polyscreen Polyurethane Spray Nozzles: All poly nozzles have a self-sealing, tapered ¾ inch outside thread, which provides problem free installation on all existing spray equipment. They can either be connected direct to inside threads, or by means of commonly available barrel union, to outside threads.

Split Poly Ripple: Wear problems caused by using the finer aperture screens due to the T.P.H or the lump size can now be solved using the Split Poly Ripple. They are constructed by splitting the normal apertures with straight wires to form a triangular screening envelope.

Benefits of the Piano Wire:

  • Cross harps increase productivity
  • Piano Wires make screening of sticky and damp materials possible where, screening with a woven product would be impossible.
  • Piano Wires allow screening at smaller apertures than would otherwise be possible

Spray Nozzels:

  • Long Life
  • Low Cost
  • Highly Efficient
  • Aerospace: Lightweight, strong composites for aircraft components.
  • Automotive: Improved fuel efficiency, durability, and safety.
  • Electronics: Enhanced thermal conductivity and electrical properties.
  • Energy Harvesting: Efficient energy storage and conversion.
