Track shoe

A track shoe, also known as a track plate or track pad, is an essential component in the undercarriage of heavy construction machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and crawler cranes

Our Track Shoes are developed in collaboration with  international suppliers, utilizing a meticulous forged and heat-treated process to ensure exceptional performance during operations. Track shoes provide traction and support for the machine by making contact with the ground. They distribute the weight of the equipment over a larger surface area, reducing ground pressure and preventing sinking into soft terrain. As the machine moves, the track shoes grip the ground, allowing it to navigate various surfaces effectively.

We offer the following types of Track Shoes:

  • Single Grouser Track Shoes: These have a single protruding “grouser” or cleat. They are commonly used on bulldozers.
  • Double Grouser Track Shoes: These have two grousers and are suitable for heavier machinery or loaders.
  • Triple Grouser Track Shoes: These have three grousers and are commonly used on excavators.
  • Extreme Applications (ESS): Some track shoes are designed for extreme conditions, such as rocky terrain or abrasive surfaces.
  • material:Track shoes are typically made from high-grade steel. The steel is hardened to enhance wear resistance (usually to a hardness of 43-47 RC).
